Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-6 weeks.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dubbaigold.com and We will provide you the return address which is in Australia.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Address Provide by us via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $50 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns Process

You have 7 days post the opening of all stores to return or exchange products.

The returns process requires two simple steps:

  • Return the relevant products to a store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging.
  • Carry the relevant invoice.
  • Please note that the duration is in accordance with the relevant applicable laws in the country, and in the case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.

Policies

Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.

You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange, or refund.

In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product, or we will give you a full refund, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

Refunds

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our Customer Services department at (provide contact details) during working hours and within one hour of having placed it.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


IMPORTANT NOTES

1- Due to hygiene reasons, our jewellery cannot be returned. Certain items, however, may be eligible for a return if they are in their original packaging, with the return postage to be paid by the customer.

2- Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be offered for items purchased from our offline store.
